We’re preparing a small, carefully reviewed first run for the contiguous United States. No payment is taken while samples and policies are being approved.

01Do I need to send a paw print or anything physical?
No. Near & Dear is designed around digital materials only: a favourite photo, an optional scan or clear photo of a paw print, and the words you want included. Please keep every original safely at home.
02Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. The intended process includes a digital proof for spelling, crop, dates, and layout. Production begins only after the proof is approved. The exact proof window will be confirmed before checkout opens.
03Can you help arrange cremation or give veterinary advice?
No. We create memorial keepsakes and publish gentle preparation prompts. Medical decisions and end-of-life arrangements should stay with your veterinarian and trusted local providers.
04What happens if my frame arrives damaged?
A clear damage and remake policy will be published before any payment is accepted. For the first edition, packaging and tracked delivery are part of the sample-approval process.
05Is the Story Frame available now?
Not yet. This is a private pre-launch preview. We are validating the product, materials, price, production partner, and policies before opening a small US first edition.
