01Can I order a keepsake now?
The Paw Print Keepsake Kit can be ordered now and is paid for through PayPal. The wind chime and the keepsake urn are still request-only: send a request from their page and a person will reply by email to confirm details, timing, and price before anything is charged.
02Where do you deliver?
The first edition delivers within the contiguous United States. UK and selected EU destinations will follow once delivery, tax, and customer-care details are ready.
03How does the paw print kit work?
The kit is used at home: press a paw gently onto the print paper or into the soft clay, then place the print in the included wooden frame. Please only do this if your companion is comfortable, and skip it if they are sore or anxious.
04Do you offer urns?
Yes, the Keepsake Urn is a wooden urn with a photo frame. It is sent to you empty: you place the ashes inside at home, and we never receive, store, or transport remains.
05Can you help arrange cremation or give veterinary advice?
No. We offer memorial keepsakes and publish gentle preparation prompts. Medical decisions and end-of-life arrangements should stay with your veterinarian and trusted local providers.
06What if something arrives damaged?
Our damage and replacement terms will be confirmed with you by email before any payment is taken, so you know exactly what happens if a keepsake arrives damaged.
