Near & Dear is a pre-launch brand for pet memorial keepsakes, operating at furvery.com. This notice explains what we collect while the site is in preview, and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you join a launch list
Your email address, the market you chose, the keepsake you said you would most like to see, the version of the consent wording you agreed to, and the time you signed up.
If you request a keepsake
Your name, email address, your pet’s name if you share it, your market, and the message you write to us.
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. If we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, it measures visits in aggregate without cookies.
What we do not do
- We do not take payments during the preview.
- We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
- We do not ask you to upload photos on this site yet.
Why we use it
- To send the launch email you asked for.
- To reply to your keepsake request.
- To understand which keepsakes people want, so we make the right thing first.
Where it is stored and for how long
Information is stored with Cloudflare, which may process it in countries other than your own, including the United States. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and we will delete it sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can also ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by writing to the contact address listed on this page. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will update this notice before checkout opens and whenever our practices change, and the date at the top will always show the latest version.
