Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. If a PayPal address outside that area reaches us, we contact you and refund the payment in full instead of shipping.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days, and you receive tracking by email as soon as the parcel is on its way. If anything will take longer, we tell you before you wait for it.
Returns
You can return an unused keepsake in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Write to the contact address listed on this page first so we can confirm the return address. Return postage is paid by you unless the keepsake arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
Damaged or incorrect items
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photograph of the keepsake and the packaging. We replace it or refund it in full, including postage, and we never ask you to return a broken item at your own cost.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment within 5 business days of the return arriving, or of us agreeing a refund without a return. PayPal usually posts the money back to your account within a few days after that.
Cancelling an order
Write to us before dispatch and we cancel and refund in full.
